I am not surprised by reading all these questions of many bankers..
We all want to change the system but as we all know ,we all are working in a highly advance department ,where we work is a place of worship.
But we all are stuck in inferiority factor , we shout on poor and illiterate people who are helpless but we complaint for all those customers who have good knowledge and who ask questions, where we can't speak in front of them because we fear he will complain against us.
I am surprised why?
If we all educated degree holder can not make our mind for good services.
How we can expect from whole nation to change even they have more struggle and problems.
We really need positive attitude towards this condition and we must stop crying like children for problems.problems are everywhere in every department but we are the pillar of nation.we can't afford diverted mind and negetive gesture for our own public.
We always sing " सारे जंहा से अच्छा हिन्दुतान हमारा"
This is our nation who stand in front of us.
We all are posted far from home but somewhere in your home town your parents,friends, relatives will stand in all those lines made in bank for services..
we can serve people by assuming that we serve our own people.
Otherwise never expect anything from others until you change your negetive thinking to positive attitude..
